By using our services or visiting Shark The WaterWorld, you agree to the following terms:

1. Entry and Ticketing

  • Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket.

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

2. Safety Guidelines

  • Visitors must follow all park rules and lifeguard instructions.

  • We are not responsible for injuries caused by careless behavior.

  • Costumes appropriate for water activities are mandatory.

3. Facilities and Services

  • Locker and costume rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Food from outside is not allowed inside the park premises.

4. Rights to Admission

  • Management reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone for safety, security, or misconduct reasons.

5. Photography and Media

  • By entering the park, you consent to photography and videography that may be used for marketing purposes.

6. Weather Policy

  • In case of extreme weather conditions, management decisions regarding ride closures or park shutdowns will be final.

7. Liability

  • Shark The WaterWorld will not be responsible for the loss of personal belongings.

  • Visitors use the rides and attractions at their own risk.
